What we promise, and what we ask.

By downloading, opening, or using Palm Reader Pro (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app is offered by Palm Reader Pro ("we," "us"). We can reach you in-app or by email; you can reach us at support@palmreaderpro.app.

Palm Reader Pro is offered for entertainment and personal reflection. The readings, horoscopes, transits, and compatibility notes are generated by software and language models, and they aren't predictions, diagnoses, or professional advice.

• ◆A substitute for talking to a qualified professional.

Use your own judgement for important decisions, and consult a licensed professional when one is warranted.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Palm Reader Pro (16 in the United Kingdom, or the equivalent age of digital consent in your country). If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian agree to these terms on your behalf.

Most of the app works without an account. If you sign in (with Apple, or by email), we use that identity to sync your readings across your devices.

You're responsible for the photos, names, dates, and notes you put into the app. You keep ownership of that content. You grant us a limited licence to store it, process it, and show it back to you (and to people you choose to share readings with via the Circle feature) so the app can do its job.

You can delete your account, and the cloud copy of your data, at any time from Settings → Sync.

Some features — including Circle compatibility readings — are available to members through an auto-renewable subscription.

• ◆Title: Palm Reader Pro membership.
• ◆Length: month-to-month, renewed automatically until cancelled.
• ◆Price: shown on the in-app paywall in your local currency before you confirm. Apple's App Store handles the charge.
• ◆Renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal charge goes through. Apple bills the renewal shortly before the current period ends, so cancel before then to avoid it.
• ◆Cancellation: manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• ◆Refunds: refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard policy.

If the subscription price changes, Apple will notify you and ask you to opt in to the new price before the next renewal.

• ◆Use the app to harass, threaten, impersonate, or invade anyone's privacy — including in the Circle compatibility feature.
• ◆Upload palms, photos, or personal data of people who haven't agreed to it.
• ◆Try to break, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the app or our infrastructure.
• ◆Use the app to do anything illegal where you live or where the app is operated from.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, especially where another person's safety or privacy is at stake.

The app's name, look, illustrations, chart artwork, prompts, and code are ours (or licensed to us). These terms don't transfer any of that to you; they give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't guarantee that readings will be accurate, that the app will always be available, or that it will be free of errors. Astrology and palmistry are traditions, not sciences.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

We may update these terms as the app evolves or as the law requires. When we do, we'll bump the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be flagged in-app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings → Sync. We may suspend or end your access to the app if you materially violate these terms, or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that are meant to survive — disclaimers, limitations of liability, intellectual property — survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Palm Reader Pro is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (the "EULA") at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these terms and Apple's EULA conflict, the more restrictive of the two applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you as an end user.
